After-sales Service
1. lf the demander considers it possible and necessary, Litop will invite relevant personnel of the demander to the scene to participate in product factory testing and conduct factory acceptance.
2. lf the product has quality problems, the supplier shall send professional technical personnel to the scene within 48 hours after receivina the notice.
3. if quality problem happens on the products which is not caused by improper use, our company is responsible for free replacement unti customer's satisfaction.
4. We quarantee that after signing the contract, we will deliver the goods according to time, quantity, specifications and models as stipulated in the contract.
